About Kay
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, I see the desert as both wild and sacred- a place where silence speaks. My sculptures are born from recycled/reclaimed metals, carrying stories of their past- created to live outdoors and withstand in the same desert sun and weather that inspired them. Discarded metal is transformed into something that will endure- not just in form, but in spirit. Like the desert itself, my sculptures weather sun, wind and time, growing more beautiful each year as their patina deepens. These pieces are alive in their own way, transforming with the elements while holding their shape for generations.
